  • Geological map is perfect.

  • ASGI - Automated System of Geological Information application allows unified access and parametric search of reports and opinions saved in all CGS archives. It’s primarily documentation of Geofond department archive under the Act of geological projects and expert outputs from organization since it’s foundation. Besides detail information about reports allows thumbnail of digitized documents. Some documents from another geological organizations archives are also available.

  • ArcGIS Server Service Radon Risk Map of the Bedrock at 1 : 500 000 scale. WMS shows the prevailing radon index of different types of bedrock: 1. Low (Mesozoic and Tertiary sediments), 2. Intermediate (Quaternary sediments), 3. Medium ( Metamorphic rocks and Palaeozoic sediments), 4. High (Magmatic rocks, except for the Pre-Variscan granitoids – medium index), 5. Tectonic features, 6. Boundaries of regions

  • The database (ORACLE) contains magnetic anomalies delta ?T that has been measured by airborne magnetometry survey at scale 1:25,000 since 1960 (about 85 % of the whole territory); the rest is covered by measurement at scale 1:200,000 (1958-1960). The period 1960-1971 is represented by analogue recording (flux-gate magnetometer) with accuracy ca 10 nT. The next measuremets have been carried out using digital registration (proton or cesium magnetometer) with accuracy ca 2 nT. The results of ground magnetometry is added to the airborne magnetometry data in region of Eastern Moravia, Krkonoše Mountains and Šumava Mountains, where no airborne data was registered.

  • Dataset contains hydrogeological zones with attached basic informations to the extent given to edict of Ministry of Agriculture Decree no.391/2004 Coll., i.e. information about zone name, numerical identifier, river basin managers and territorial identification, additional data on natural characteristics. The basic natural characteristics of zone include geological unit, group of zones, lithology, stratigraphy of Cretaceous group of zones, type of Quarternary sediment in laden layer of zones, type of aquifer-saturation, the character of the collector, the average power of the collector, the character of the groundwater level, the type of permeability, the predominant mineralization of groundwater and predominant chemical type of groundwater.

  • This database contains information on reserved and non-reserved mineral deposits, prognosticated mineral resources, exhausted and abandoned deposits and resources, non-prospective areas, negative results of exploration, and geographic location of mineral resources.

  • Gravimetric map (J. Sedlák, Geofyzika, a.s., 1998) was published in Atlas of maps of the Czech Republic GEOČR500 in 1998 by CGS. It contains a raster image of gravimetric field. Map was created on the basis of measurements of 283 718 detailed points of gravity.

  • INSPIRE download service (WFS format) provides access to basic information about mineral deposits and resources, mineral occurrences and prospects and current mines and mining activity in the Czech Republic. Service was created in the framework of the Minerals4EU and ProSUM project and it is harmonized according to the INSPIRE requirements.

  • Growing demand for materials suitable for decorative and building purposes has contributed significantly to the development of the mining and stone-processing industry. This database contains basic types of rocks that have been quarried for these purposes in the Czech Republic in past and presence.

  • WMS service contains information on individual underground mine workings. According to Section 8, §10 of the Law No. 61/1988 Coll. on mining operations, explosives and State Mining Administration, as amended, this includes all mine workings with an end open to the earth’s surface and development workings that open a reserved deposit or its integrated part.
