iREGIS stands for REgionaal Geohydrologisch InformatieSysteem, which is the National hydro-geological model for the Netherlands. Version II.1 is an extension and revision of the hydro-geological model version II.0 (REGIS II). REGIS has been developed by TNO, the Geological Survey of the Netherlands in cooperation with RIZA (the national water office) and the Provincial authorities. The hydro-geological model is a digital model of the upper part of the Dutch subsurface to a depth of approximately 500 meters. Using ESRI grids and shapefiles, the model shows the depth, thickness and hydraulic properties of hydro-geological units as well as the location of faults. A hydro-geological unit is a unit defined using texture, structure and soil type having (more or less) uniform hydrogeological properties bounded by facies-layers, erosion boundaries and faults. The hydrogeological model is based on the Digital Geological Model (DGM) and the shallow subsurface lithostratigraphical Nomenclature version 1.0 which is available through www.dinoloket.nl

This service of maps represent a collection of main attribute obtained by the Geological Map of Italy at the scale 1:1,000,000. The layer represented are: geologic units, lithology, tectonics units and structural lineage.
-
The Geologic and Lithologic units of Italy at the scale 1:500.000 in digital form are available for personal use only, for each other use you need specific authorization by the Geological Survey of Italy. The OCG WMS Service of 1:500k Geology is based on the informatization of the Geologic Map of Italy at the same scale pubblished between 70's and 80's by the Geological Survey of Italy. Layers available are: Chronostratigraphy, lithostratigraphy and lithology.

This service of maps represent a collection of main attribute obtained by the Geological Map of Italy at the scale 1:1,000,000. The ages are harmonized using IUGS-ICS stratigraphic chart edit in 2008 and lithlogy using the GeoSciML SimpleLithology vocabulary not yet implemented with 1GE-Wp3 specification.
-
The web map service allows to view as background the Geological Map of Italy at the scale 1:1.250.000; published by Geological Survey of Italy - ISPRA in 2004. This service is useful to have a reference background for evaluating the geologic setting and to view a map with cartographic standard. The service isn't queryable.
