Groundwater Vulnerability to Pollution C index map (Hydraulic Conductivity) in Catalonia according to DRASTIC
Hydraulic conductivity map expressed as an index value, according to DRASTIC ranges from 1 to 10, being 10 the high permeability aquifers (> 1.0*10-2 m/s) and 1 the low permeability aquifers (< 5.0*10-7 m/s).

- Statement
- The hydraulic conductivity map has been created in collaboration with the Catalan Water Agency (ACA). It is based in the Aquifers map of Catalunya at 1:50.000 scale (ACA, 2014), considering the main lithology of the aquifers and the data collected from pumping tests to make the assignment of the “I” index value according to DRASTIC ranges.
