1. We downloaded the data from http://phanero.novcal.free.fr/index-georeference-de-prospection-botanique.html

2. Reprojetion of the original UTM coordinates from IGN72 to longitude latitude (WGS84)

3. The meaning of the original accuracy code from 1 to 4 remains unknown ?

4. We added "MK_" in front of the unique identifier in order to identify that the localitiy comes from the MacKee Gazeteer.

3. Spatial Join to link each locality to the corresponding administrative unit.
