Statement

Data of metal contaminants in sediments obtained in the EUROSTRATAFORM project during the cruise PTEUSTRAT08 from 2004/05/25 to 2004/05/27. Ship: N.R.P. D. CARLOS I. Studied Area: Nazaré Canyon and adjacent area. Equipment: Smith McIntyre dredge. Chemical parameters: Al, As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Hg, Li, Mn, Ni, Pb, Zn. The term <63µm refers to the grain size fraction analyzed.

Analysis was performed according to ISO 17025. The data are flagged according to its quality using the convention: 1 - good data, 2 - probably good, 3 - probably bad data, 4 - bad data, 6 - below the limit of quantification, 9 - missing data.
